Restaurant Manager

Rocklin, CA | Front of House | Full-Time

We are looking for an energetic and experienced (2+ years)   restaurant & bar manager to manage the daily restaurant operations of a successful, high-volume Bar & Kitchen. This is a salaried position. 


  • Ability to perform, train, and oversee all duties of all jobs in the restaurant, including bar back, bartender, lead bartender, dishwasher, line cook, prep cook, lead cook, kitchen manager, assistant manager, and general manager.

  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.

  • Guest empathy: the ability to identify and solve unspoken guest needs by reading body language and other subtle, non-verbal cues.

  • Passion for coaching and developing your staff.

  • Comfortable delivering lots of performance-based feedback.

  • Willingness to work long hours (often 55+ per week), late nights, and perform dirty jobs (such as cleaning bathrooms).

  • Ability to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.

  • Excellent organizational skills as they pertain to tracking responsibilities, deadlines, and important dates as well as following up on the status of delegated or collaborative work.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, county, and municipal laws related to the Company’s operations.

  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
