FAQ

Is there a discounted rate this year for renewing members?

There is a $15 discount for renewing members however, they must renew between 1/25/2021 - 1/30/2021 to qualify for the discount.

How do I check out my mug?

Upon purchase you will be e-mailed a temporary Mug Club ID, a permanent Mug Club ID will be processed and mailed to your address on file. You will need to deliver your ID to your bartender, they will then exchange your ID for your mug.

How do I return my Mug?

Simply give your bartender your mug, and they will return your Mug Club ID to you.

What happens if I lose or break my mug or ID card?

If your mug is lost or broken, there is a $30 replacement fee to get a new one. Remember they're limited edition and are not mass produced. UoB offers a one-time grace period for ID cards; else there is a $10 replacement fee for a new Mug Club ID, a replacement will be shipped to your house.

Do I still get to use my mug if I go to another UoB Location?

Yes, each location will have transfer Mugs available to use even if you go to another location.

What beers can I get in my Mug?

Any beer that is offered in a Pint may be poured in your Mug, all other beers can be sampled or purchased through our Pick Your Own Flight.
